Is Elon Musk Playing 4D Chess With Twitter?

I’ve written about Elon Musk and how much I dislike him. I never found him funny or the next incarnation of Thomas Edison. Is he intelligent? Yes. Smart? No.

We all know that he’s been shaking up things at Twitter since he bought it and took it private. I have no inside track on what’s happening behind the walled garden, but from the outside, it sure looks like chaos.

I’ve written about advertisers fleeing and pending lawsuits due to the layoffs but the blue check mark impersonation takes the cake.

Senator Ed Markey of Massachusetts posted on Twitter about a Washington Post article where the journalists showed how easy it was to impersonate him on Twitter now. The Senator is visibly upset and demanding answers from Elon. What does Elon do to diffuse or explain the situation?

He trolls the Senator.

How stupid can you be? Seriously?

Elon bought himself a live televised date in front of a Senate hearing. If he’s smart, he’ll stop with the trolling now but I doubt it. He’s going to want to “own the lib from Massachusetts on live TV.” If I was a Tesla shareholder I’d be worried.

Here’s a man who said he could end world hunger with $6 billion but decides to buy a social media platform for $44 billion and rip it to shreds.

Granted, fixing world hunger would cost more than $6 Billion dollars and is more complex, but this is what he does. He speaks first, get’s caught being dumb, and then trolls about it to get out of being scrutinized.

His fanboys think he’s playing 4D chess to own the liberals. They believe he’s saving free speech and being altruistic. He’s not. Elon Musk is nothing but a rich troll. He might be intelligent but he sure does dumb things.
